  Thai chicken salad is delicious and filling portion! House dressing is great. I typically don't think of pizza restaurants as having awesome salads, definitely the best in this area!

  Pizza Castle used to be our go to place for prime rib and steaks. I know, makes no sense (a pizza place with really good steak & prime rib) and we found them accidentally because they're open late. Well, this can not be the same person cooking. 3rd lousy over priced dinner and our last. I'll pay for a good supper, 2 steaks that were tasteless and the texture is/was odd, I guess we'll order Domeno's next time.

  This was a family favorite for years. The food is still noemally delicious but I don't know where he gets the staff. Service has been bad the last two years or so. The last 2 dining visits plus my takeout this wknd were awful experiences. I thought if we just get takeout I could avoid the rude stuff. Nope! This last time not only did they charge my CC 3 times, they packed my food horribly and forgot to toast my garlic bread. Yes I opened a log of bread with cold butter. Our 2 entrees were not closed and had so much sauce it drenched the pasta. My bowl of pasta fagioli broth was all over the box and I was left dry noodles with not broth but oil in the bottom of the container. I tasted it and it was so sour I think it was old. I had theirs many times and never had this taste. I called and was put on hold for a while and then told no manger was there. I could only talk to the two girls in front she told me. I asked to talk to the cook Manny and he took the phone (I heard her say HERE MANNY SHE WANTS YOU) then he hung up on me. $45 of food in the trash. Then I had to call my bank to fix the 3 transactions that equalled $75. Never ever again!

  I ordered delivery through uber eats. The Uber took forever which delayed the delivery, which is Uber's fault not pizza castle.
  
  The food finally arrived and I got the fried shrimp platter. It was huge and delicious. Included fries. It came in a small pizza box. My boyfriend got buffalo wings and a side of fries.
  
  After all the waiting we did, the French fries he ordered on the side wasn't there. We went through uber eats and notified them and fries were delivered. My boyfriend also enjoyed his food, and was just happy to finally have his order.
  
  Despite the issues with this order, my fried shrimp was so good I'll be back for sure.

  I've been a Waterbury native for over 40 yrs and I've eaten at this establishment more times than I can count.  However this evening my dining experience was ruined by a waitress who showed no respect for me as a customer.  I will never dine here again!!!!
